There are some basic needs all humans have that must be met in order to have emotional well being. When needs are not met, our lives can have emotional turmoil. One way to have better emotional wellness is avoid hating others. Having thoughts of hatred just weighs you down with needless problems. Ask yourself, "Why do I hate that person?"
