Have a Remedy Ready for Your Heart

Along with the wonderful spring weather comes baseball season. If you like to play baseball or softball, then you are also familiar with the sprains and strains that come with it. Did you know that you can still get sprains and strains when climbing in and out of your truck or trailer? There a different ways of treating them too. Sometimes using heat, ice or alternating with both is needed depending on the type of injury you have.
