Often, I run into drivers that struggle with recurring headaches. It seems fairly common in the industry. In fact, most drivers keep aspirin, ibuprofen or something else that works for them in their trucks. Taking pills is a reactive type of health care. Have you ever thought about being proactive instead? In other words, learn how manage the stress that causes your headache before you get one. Even something as simple as drinking plenty of water can reduce headaches. Look for alternative ways to help you avoid the pain of stress. Let us give you some ideas. Comment here.
