Recently my nephew wanted to help by backing my car into the garage, and we all know how difficult backing can be. We both felt sick when he accidently hit the work bench and did hundreds of dollars of damage to my recently purchased car. He felt terrible and wanted to pay for the repairs, which would have meant more loans for this college student. It was decision time: show mercy or let him pay the price? We all make mistakes and sometimes we just need someone to extend grace to us. Has anyone ever done this for you? We’d love to talk more about this. Comment here.
