Something Old, Something New

A crisis often brings two things: First and most obvious, a new problem is created. Second and usually overlooked, an old problem is revealed. When a crisis hits, we typically spend most of our energy taking care of the immediate problem that was created by it. After all, the new problem needs attention, right? But somewhere along the line, don’t forget to address the old problem too. Even if it’s been lingering in the shadows just below the surface for years going unnoticed and untreated. Once exposed, you will need to fix the old problems if you wish to avoid dealing with a future crisis. Comment here.
